In Spain, Fernando worked for groups such as Simon Holding and COATI S.L. He graduated in marketing and sales from the CENP University of Madrid.
In Melon Rouge Agency, Fernando establishes a sales strategy for the agency to win new business and deal with potential clients. Answering directly to senior management, his goal is to improve the sales performance.
His skills in negotiation and leadership help the company to keep in step with and evolve in the Asian market.

Fernando is a believer. He believes in collaboration, in win-win models, in partnership, in transparency. He left Spain in 2013, where he was working for a multinational company as sales manager and key account manager, and came to Cambodia to embrace new challenges. He spent the first year in Phnom Penh working as a volunteer with several NGOs and working on personal projects, then met Melon Rouge… and it was love at first sight!
His specialty is building long-term bonds with our clients—that he prefers to call partners—to help them feel as if they’ve been members of the Melon Rouge team from the very beginning.
